Flex Belt Warning
The stomach area is probably the most troublesome spot to try to lose fat and build muscle in. There are shelves full of books devoted to techniques for developing a flat, muscular stomach, millions of dollars worth of exercise machines, and thousands of diets out there that claim they can help. The fact of the matter is, though, that if any of them worked, there wouldn’t need to be so many!
All of the muscles in your body react to tiny electrical impulses. Physical therapists have known this fact for years, and have used it to develop several medical instruments to help patients regain strength and function in damaged joints and muscles during therapy sessions. The Flex Belt works by the same principle. It wraps around your waist, and uses tiny electrical pulses to trigger your abdominals to contract. It’s supposed to work better than other abdominal exercises because it only ever targets the abdominals- not the hips or back muscles. It also allowed me to work out even when I didn’t have time to hit the gym. All I had to do was slip on the Flex Belt underneath my clothing, and I could go about my day while it exercised my abdominals. It was totally silent, discreet, and kept me from having to take time out of my day to rush to the gym.
